Brazilian football star Ronaldinho had the opportunity of meeting leader of the Catholic church Pope Francis at the Vatican.

Ronaldinho was all smiles as he met and shook hands with the Pontiff during a meeting with the Scholas Occurrentes, an educational organisation founded by the Pope.

The Pontifical Foundation ‘Scholas Occurrentes’ is  an international project based in Argentina that brings together schools and educational networks from different cultures and religious backgrounds.
